I purchased my vehicle from an out of town Dodge dealership. It is due for its first oil change. I made an appointment online with Southland Dodge. I received a call from the service manager stating the appointment was cancelled because I had not purchased my car from them and that the owner of Southland Dodge and the owner of the Dodge dealership I purchased my car from had an issue with each other so Southland Dodge was not willing to service my vehicle. I came in on 12/01/2023 for an oil change and I printed coupons from the Southland Dodge Site. I was told that I couldn't use the coupons. Also when oil change was finished the paperwork stated that my lights etc was checked and they wasn't because I had a light that wasn't working before I came there and they checked off everything was good.

terrible experience, gave me a quote for the oil leak problem that included new tires, struts all kinds of problems that I did not ask for, went to pick up the van and they could not find it, waisted almost 1 hour and was charged $148.00 for my trouble, thank you very much for nothing, and got a attitude for not getting the problem fixed

I went in for an oil change. They caused my deployable running boards to quit working. Service manager tried to tell me it had nothing to do with the oil change and acted like it was going to be my problem. I insisted that they were working when I drove in there and that they did something to cause them not to work. Turns out they unplugged the running boards in connection with "potting" the computer in the truck. Then acted like it wasn't really their fault, it seemed to be working now, but not really sure ...
I have recalls that my dash sensors indicate or in need of attention. I have been told they won't fix the problem until it completely breaks. I'm told the parts are not available... Some of the recalls are more than 5 years ago. I'm told parts are not available. This is not acceptable!!!! As a result I drive a non mechanicical unreliable truck that I can expect to leave me on the side of the road. I drive this truck for business and seldom locally. I need my truck fixed!!!
